The dream of IMR was born back in 2009 when Mats Sundin decided to hang up his hockey helmet. He wanted to use his experience to tackle one of our greatest public health challenges – the lack of physical activity.

Ten years later, the dream became a reality. Together with training advisor Leif Larsson, Mats founded IMR. Using methodology from competitive sports and support from some of Sweden’s leading researchers, they developed a tool to reduce presenteeism and absenteeism in the workplace.

Today, IMR is a leading player that helps workplaces in an evidence-based and measurable way. Together, we create sustainable organizations with productive and healthy employees, while making a real difference to public health.
